40" STRAIGHT SKIS
We designed an aluminum body, for a better aerodynamic and reduced weight. The prototype ski passed compression testing up to 3700 lbs right on pedestal. With both ends supported (21” between supports), it flex 1/4” when 2500 lbs pressure is applied at mounting pedestal. This means the skis will absorb shock from bumps.
60" STRAIGHT SKIS
We designed an aluminum body for a better aerodynamic and reduced weight. The prototype ski passed compression testing up to 4000 lbs right on pedestal.
With both ends supported (21” between supports), it flex 1/4” when 3000 lbs pressure is applied at mounting pedestal. This means the skis will absorb shock from bumps.
60" MAIN WHEEL SKI
With these skis, you will be able to land almost anywhere. Take off from a clean paved runway and land on deep snowed field. It can also make it so easier to take your plane out of the hangar, roll the plane out and you are now ready to take off. You have just landed on your clean paved runway, but taxi way is not clean, it's doesn't matter, you are ready to go up to your hangar !
40" NOSE WHEEL SKI
We designed an aluminum body, for a better aerodynamic and reduced weight. The prototype ski passed compression testing up to 4000 lbs right on pedestal.
With both ends supported (21” between supports), it flex 1/4” when 1850 lbs pressure is applied at mounting pedestal. This means the skis will absorb shock from bumps.
60" ELECTRIC
RETRACT SKI
We designed an aluminum body for better aerodynamic and reduced weight. The prototype ski passed compression testing up to 4000 lbs right on pedestal. With 225 lbs. push pressure from the actuator, we have a very acceptable 1000 lbs/in at the 5/8-inch diameter pivot shaft, more than is needed for any icy situations.
